Ayre clay target club held four competitions at Blue Point range at the weekend. Saturday,'s shoot was the annual Side by Side Championship; sponsored by JW Kneen and Son, which was won by Marty Kneen. Phil Butler was second with Steve Craine and Tony Tongue in joint third place.
Neil Parsons took the honours in Sunday morning's Chrystals Estate agents' sponsored DTL league shoot. Kevin Oates was second with Bob Wright in third place.
Dave Clague was the winner of the Absolute Scaffolding Olympic Skeet competition. James Bradley was second with Dave Corlett taking third place.
Neil Parsons was the winner of the ABT selection shoot. Mark Riley was second with Rob Watterson taking third place.
