ComCab Liverpool will continue as the Island's patient taxi transfer provider after completing a three-month probation period.
The Department of Health and Social Care says the firm has successfully finished probation after taking over the service in March.
A number of complaints were made about the new service when the company first took over, but the DHSC insists work has been done to improve performance, reducing the number of complaints.
Most of the concerns were over the company's use of black Hackney cabs, with patients now being asked to specify whether travelling in such a vehicle would be an issue when booking.
The Department says it will continue to listen to patient's concerns while continuing to monitor performance.
