Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer MHK
The Infrastructure Minister admits some taxi drivers have provided negative feedback following the decision to increase prices on all bank holidays, including Senior Race Day.
The Road Transport Licensing Committee included all holidays in Tariff 2 following its annual review, but some drivers weren't happy with the move.
Ray Harmer confirmed that some taxi operators told the committee they won't charge the maximum tariff on those days.
The Minister also revealed no feedback has been received from the public, and that the decision will be reviewed early next year.
