One of the Island's telecoms firms says cyber attackers have tried to hack its systems 10 times in the last month.
Sure confirmed the cyber attacks have been unsuccessful, despite ransomware and similar malicious code attempting to infiltrate the company's defences.
The company insists its internal and external networks have remained safe throughout the attacks, and that their systems are at a low risk of infiltration.
A number of global organisations were targetted by the WannaCry ransomware attacks last week, including Spanish telecoms firm Telefonica, the NHS and Nissan.
