Government's social media response to be discussed in Tynwald

The Department of Infrastructure is among a number of Government Departments to use Twitter.
Government interaction on social media will be discussed in this month's sitting of Tynwald.
Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson wants to know how the Government plans to respond to Facebook, Twitter and other non-traditional media.
Many Departments, boards and other areas of the Isle of Man Government already use Facebook pages and Twitter to post updates and news.
Minister for Policy and Reform Chris Thomas will provide the answer when the May sitting gets underway on Tuesday.
