Evidence at a hearing into the collapse of the deal between the Manx Government and Vision Nine over the promotion of the TT will be heard in private.
The Department of Economic Development confirmed it had dropped plans to appoint the London-based events company as promoter for the event in December last year, despite the firm winning a tender process.
Economic Development Minister Laurence Skelly, MLC David Cretney, Department Chief Executive Mark Lewin and a number of other DED representatives will give evidence next Wednesday to the committee looking into the deal.
The witnesses will give the first part of their evidence in public before speaking privately with the committee.
Vision Nine previously indicated it was considering taking legal action against the Government.
