The delayed Ben-my-Chree sailing from Heysham to Douglas has been cancelled due to technical issues.
The Steam Packet Company announced the vessel suffered a cylinder head sheared stud this morning, which needs to be fixed by engineers before it can return to Douglas.
As a result the 2.15pm crossing to Douglas was initially put back to 6pm and then 11pm, but has now been cancelled.
The operator says passengers will be transferred onto the 2.15am sailing, which is being covered by the Manannan.
The Steam Packet has not yet made an announcement about tomorrow's 8.45am crossing from Douglas to Heysham.
