MHK seeks Lord Street bus station update

The future of the Lord Street bus station site will be discussed in this week's sitting of the House of Keys.

Douglas North MHK David Ashford wants an update on the Government's plans for the land.

The former bus station was demolished 15 year ago and has been used as a car park since.

Planning permission for parking stated the use would be temporary, and the land has been zoned for development.

Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer will given an update tomorrow.
