Over a quarter of inpatients at Noble's Hospital wait more than a year to be admitted.
Just over a third of those needing to be treated at the hospital are seen within 18 weeks, while just under 40% are seen between 19 and 52 weeks.
Half of those currently needing to be seen for respiratory conditions have been on the waiting list for more than a year, as have almost 23% of those on the cardiology waiting list.
However, over half of those awaiting outpatient treatment are seen within 18 weeks, while fewer than 10% of those attending the women's and children's division wait longer than 18 weeks.
The figures were revealed in a written answer in this week's sitting of the House of Keys.
