The potential sale of Ramsey Courthouse will be discussed in this week's sitting of the House of Keys.
Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper will ask the Home Affairs Minister whether the building will be placed on the open market.
The building was previously used as a post office, but has been empty since the branch closed in 2015.
The town's commissioners recently sought feedback from local residents about the future use of the building, with the local authority keen to keep the building in public ownership.
Bill Malarkey will reveal the plans for the facility tomorrow.
