The Government will spend over £12,000 per person over the next 12 months after Tynwald unanimously agreed the budget.
Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan presented his first budget since taking charge of the Island's finances, including an increase in the person income tax allowance and child benefit raise.
It's estimated £12,277 will be spend on each Manx resident, including almost £4,000 on social security payments such as pensions and income support.
Over £2,500 is set aside for health services, while more than £1,200 per head will go on education.
The police, fire and prison services cost around £405 per person, with £60 for sports and arts, including subsidies for local swimming pools.
