The Chief Minsiter says he welcomes the UK's stance on the Isle of Man as it continues to negotiate an exit from the European Union.
David Jones - the UK Minister in charge of Brexit - confirmed in the House of Commons this week that Britain will continue to hold talks with the Crown Dependencies throughout the exit process.
Howard Quayle insists that the Island must maintain a strong relationship with the UK, and that the Isle of Man's involvement with the EU will depend on the Brexit negotiations.
Representatives from a House of Commons justice select committee were on the Island earlier this week in a bid to understand the Island's position on Brexit.
Mr Quayle has previously given evidence to a House of Lords select committee examining Brexit's impact on the Crown Dependencies.
