Driver cut from vehicle following Cross Four Ways crash

A driver had to be cut from their vehicle following a crash in the south of the Island.

The emergency services were called to the incident at Cross Four Ways in Ballasalla at around 12.30 yesterday lunchtime.

Two vehicles were involved in the crash, and hydraulic cutting equipment had to be used to cut one from their vehicle.

Both drivers were taken to Noble's by ambulance, while fire crews remained at the scene for around an hour making the scene safe.
