John Quinn takes over as the Attorney General of the Isle of Man
Manx advocate John Quinn has been named the new Attorney General of the Isle of Man.
Mr Quinn, who has more than 30 years experience as a Manx advocate, has been serving as acting AG since 2013.
The Attorney General's office acts as legal adviser to a number of Government organisations as well as the Lieutenant Governor, and represents the Crown in the prosecution of offences.
Mr Quinn, who will officially be sworn in in the near future, has described his appointment as a great honour.
