Custom BMX bikes stolen from garden

One of the stolen BMX bikes

Police are investigating after three bicycles and a scooter were stolen from a garden in Douglas.

The items were taken from Harcroft Meadow over the festive break.

The bikes were three custom modified BMX bikes and a foot stunt scooter unique to their owner, a young boy.

Officers say the theft is a reminder to keep property secured and out of sight of thieves.
