The Island's Chief Minister and Minister for Education and Children have been attending a British-Irish Council Summit in Wales.
Howard Quayle and Graham Cregeen were in Cardiff to discuss a number of issues, including the importance of Early Years education.
It's the first time Mr Quayle has attended a BIC summit since being elected as Chief Minister last month.
Early Years education was one of a number of areas the Chief Minister highlighted when he presented his programme for Government in Tynwald earlier this month.
The British-Irish Council allows Governments and administrations from across the British Isles to discuss matters of mutual interest.
