Plans for a housing development in Lonan have been met with criticism from residents in the area.
The new homes would be built off Baldrine Road next to the Manx Electric Railway and would comprise of seven bungalows, but 15 members of the public have already expressed concern over the plans.
One local said the road leading to the site is totally inadequate for such a development, while others raise concerns over sewage discharge and drainage, as well as the disruption caused by the construction.
Developers want to use the existing road leading to the field where the properties would be built.
The site is currently used for agriculture but is marked for residential development under the Lonan Area Plan.
