Port St Mary's Ashley Gardner was the last shooter to arrive at Kirk Michael - the road closures at Foxdale played their part and ensured a very late finish for most - but the pilot parked his plane long enough to notch his team's highest score, 99, as the defending Winter League champions powered to a convincing win over the home side with victories in three divisions which included just one athlete with a score below 90 from their 15 shooters.
Top scorer for Kirk Michael was Perryn Watson with 97, not too shabby for someone suffering from pins and needles in one arm.

David does the business but his ton can't stop Sulby
David Humphrey scored a perfect 100 for IOMSC Douglas only for the home side to sneak a win by seven points. Some tomfoolery on the night with recording two scores from the same man (you know who you are) caused a flap but the result was not affected.

Castletown edge out Laxey
There was strong scoring from everyone on the night including "one-offs" from Richard Arthur and Harry Creevy but it was Castletown who took the wins in Division 1 plus a win against the depleted Laxey in Division 2 for good measure.

Entry fee for the finals is £4 per person which can be paid on the night, sign in at 19.30.
