Onchan District Commissioners have been paying tribute to one of the village's library workers, who recently died in a traffic collision.
66-year-old Joan Corran was killed after being hit by a van on Royal Drive last month.
Mrs Corran worked as a library assistant at Onchan Library, which is run by the Commissioners.
The local authority held a minute's silence at this week's meeting and extended their condolences to Mrs Corran's family, describing her as a valued member of the team.
