A survey conducted by the Island's Community Health Services reveals 98% of Manx patients are happy with the treatment they receive.
Feedback forms were brought in during 2014 to allow the Department of Health and Social Care to monitor the public's level of satisfaction.
In the 12 months leading up to July 2016, the data shows all-but 2% of those who responded were highly satisfied with the service.
The survey asks patients to rate staff, how quickly they received treatment and whether they felt confident in the treatment.
However, some patients suggested clinic times aren't always convenient and that more flexibility is needed.
