Replica coin to raise money for TT charities

A giant replica of a Manx 50p coin is being auctioned off for charity.

More than 70 riders, officials and members of the media have signed 91cm giant coin, which is a replica of the 2015 TT Legends edition.

TT stars John McGuinness, Conor Cummins and Bruce Anstey are among those to have put their signature on the item.

Over £800 has been bid since the auction started on Saturday - the auction will remain open until Monday.

The coin has been listed on eBay by the Isle of Man Post Office, with the proceeds being split between the TT Marshals Association and TT Riders Association.
