Road users told to 'adjust' to festival environment

Motorists are being urged to 'adjust' to the festival environment and higher volume of traffic on the Island's roads.
The Festival of Motorcycling was due to get underway on Saturday, however due to heavy rainfall the first practice session was cancelled.
Covert bikes will be used to clampdown on riders and drivers who are flouting the law.
Unlike the TT the Mountain Road remains two-way - Inspector Derek Flint says this does create issues:
