Fowler declares for Douglas South

A general election candidate for Douglas South has pledged to get voters' voices heard 'from day one'.
Self-employed businessman David Fowler is standing as an independent candidate for the constituency in September saying he has "tenacious grit, determination, passion and energy".
He says he'll fight to maintain a low tax economy, a first class health service and reduce the budget deficit whilst maintaining the Manx way of life.
