Police hunt detectives from UK forces

Detectives are being recruited from the UK to try and meet increasing demand in public protection and financial crime investigations.
The Isle of Man Constabulary is trying to attract established constables to join the Criminal Investigations Department.
Chief Constable Gary Roberts has described succession planning as the most important organisational issue facing the constabulary.
He says his development budget is 'nowhere near large enough' to train and equip the next generation of senior officers.
However he had claimed he wanted to try and avoid bringing in outside staff for "cultural and organisational reasons":
