Douglas East MHK Jon Joughin has been appointed to the Department of Infrastructure. 

 

He replaces Douglas North MHK John Houghton who was sacked from the department after being suspended from Tynwald in May. 

 

Mr Joughin takes up responsibility for highways within the department.
