Knockaloe Farm will be advertised to potential tenants in the near future - in the hope that someone will develop it for the benefit of the Manx economy.

 

That's according to the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture which is holding a public meeting on May 19th to keep stakeholders updated to the progress being made. 

 

The department stopped operating the 337-acre site in 2010 - it now wants someone to create economic opportunities there whilst recognising its history and heritage.
