Island's finance regulator 'slammed' by Westminster

Westminster has slammed the Island's finance regulator in its report into the £75 million Scottish Power 'miss-selling scandal':
An ex-Manx resident led a campaign to help 625,000 customers found to have been fraudulently left out of pocket.
An All-Party Parliamentary Group investigated the collapse of the cash-back structure set up and insured by companies here.
The Financial Supervision Commission aided the move - it's been contacted, but refuses to comment.
MPs are looking to set up a select committee to bring those responsible to account - whistle-blower Alan Campbell explains what evidence in the report points to:
