Ayre Clay Target Club hosted two shoots at the weekend. Sunday’s competition was a 50 target Down the Line league shoot sponsored by Jewson’s. James Bradley and Neil Parsons were the joint winners on 46/135. David Wilfy Walton was third on 46/134.

A Class: 1= James Bradley and Neil Parsons 135; 3=, Kevin Oates and Phil Ward 45/128.

Monday saw the annual Easter Handicap shoot sponsored by Farmers Combine.
Kevin Oates was high gun on 46/50. Michael Cross was the handicap winner. Jake Brew and Kevin Oates were joint second with Ted Davis and Alex Egan in third place.
