The Microgaming Soapbox Races are back for the third year in a row.
That's Elliot Moore who has been running the annual event since 2014 - with each year, the entries have increased.
The course runs from Upper Church Street, down the hill, across Athol Street and past the sharp right-hand bend - it finishes by the Outback with three jumps on the way down.
Last year the karts reached speeds of 26mph - Elliot tells us how you can enter:
