Police are appealing for witnesses after a car was left badly damaged following a hit and run in Douglas.
The blue Peugeot 206 was struck whilst it was parked on Taubman Terrace sometime between 6am and 3.30pm yesterday.
Damage was caused to the entire passenger side of the car - with the bodywork being badly dented, scratched and punctured - the wing mirror was also destroyed.
Officers say they believe a large vehicle was responsible - it failed to stop at the scene or leave any details.
Anyone who saw what happened has been asked to contact the Roads Policing Unit at Police Headquarters.
