Releasing the details of an independent report into the future of Douglas Promenade could jeopardise the 'integrity' of the planning process.
That's according to Policy and Reform Minister John Shimmin who this week refused to publicise any details about the document which has gone before the Council of Ministers.
His stance has attracted criticism from other MHKs who say it's "suspicious" and campaigners who say it demonstrates a "shocking" level of "paranoid secrecy".
However Mr Shimmin says details of the inspector's report will come out in due course:
