Creating an out-of-hours service for stroke patients could cost millions of pounds - but a business case for it is nearing completion.
That's according to the Department of Health and Social Care which says a 'considerable amount' of work has been done to improve care provision
However Minister Howard Quayle says it will all come down to the ability to secure funding and the department isn't a "bottomless pit".
He was quizzed on the matter in the House of Keys earlier this week by South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft who wanted to know how much needs to be spent:
