Government legal reserve falls into departmental budgets

Spending £9.5 million in five years has inspired government to offset its legal cost reserve into departmental budgets.
That's according to the Treasury Minister - who says the measure is one of many to help stabilise government finances.
The fees have been incurred by departments, offices, statutory boards and the Attorney General's Chambers.
