Michael MHK Alf Cannan says this week's Budget "resolves nothing" in respect of public sector pensions.
In a scathing attack on what he calls a "standstill" plan from a "standstill government" he says unlike the Treasury he is concerned about the diminishing reserves.
Funding public sector pensions currently costs over £3 billion something that could have a knock on effect on frontline services.
Mr Cannan was one of four MHKs who rejected the Budget on Tuesday - he also took a swipe at the Council of Ministers blaming it for a lack of progress:
