Digital Strategy 'will fail' without further funding

£1 million isn't enough to roll out the Digital Strategy.

That's according to a Douglas East MHK - who's querying why such a meagre amount has been reserved for IT modernisation in this year's Budget.

Classed as a government priority the strategy aims to increase the use of digital services over the next two to five years. 

Chris Robertshaw says the cash put aside for it is unrealistic:
