The future of the Douglas horse tram service will be put under the spotlight in the House of Keys today.
An urgent motion has been tabled asking the Council of Ministers to look at the possibility of transferring them to "another entity".
It follows Douglas Council's decision to scrap the transport link - in what would be its 140th year - because it's too expensive.
Leader David Christian says he thinks it's unlikely someone else could take them on in their current form.
However he says it doesn't mean there isn't a future for them in some capacity:
