MHK calls for blanket ban on legal highs

A South Douglas MHK is calling for a blanket ban on all legal highs on the Isle of Man.
It's an idea currently being explored by the UK Government and one Bill Malarkey wants the Island to take up if enforced.
This week Tynwald agreed to ban the substance MDAI for another 12 months - extending a restriction that's been in place for three years.
Mr Malarkey says the current process is frustrating and a change in law would make things easier and safer:
