Permission has been granted to ban an "unsafe" legal high on the Isle of Man for another year.
Under the Misuse of Drugs Order the chemical substance MDAI has been ruled as Class C category.
Tynwald made the decision this week - it means the substance is subject to the same restrictions as other controlled drugs in terms of importation, production, supply and possession.
Restrictions have been in place since 2012 but because the UK hasn't banned it permanently the Island has to refresh the order every 12 months.
The Department of Health and Social Care says it's of the view that the drug could continue to create a "social problem".
