Women needed to inspire future generations

Women on the Isle of Man are being asked to share their experiences of life in the workplace in a bid to inspire future employees.

Inspiring Women Week will be held next March - it's designed to challenge girls in particular to consider careers in a wide variety of areas.

Organiser Annette Baker says it's often something simple, like confidence, holding people back.
