Incapacity checks are "beneficial" says Chief

Carrying out assessments on people who are claiming incapacity benefit to see if they are fit for work is "beneficial".

That's according to the Chief Minister - last month it was revealed that over half of those reviewed should be working.

391 assessments were carried out by Dependability Limited between February and September.
