New recycling scheme headed for Port Erin

Residents in Port Erin are being encouraged to recycle more.
The commissioners are launching a new "Bring Bank" scheme.
The first banks will be located near to the new Ballakilley housing estate and will be followed by drop-off points at other key areas around the village.
It follows a review of domestic waste disposal in which kerbside recycling was ruled out; clerk Jason Roberts explains:
