Concerns have been raised about a delay in reforming the Island's domestic rating system.
Treasury had pledged to bring in the revised property ratings by April next year however it's now shelved the plan until after the General Election.
It's blaming a shortage of legal draftsmen leading to a backlog of other work, and legislation, having to take priority.
The new system was due to eradicate the so called "toilet tax" - instead linking the sewerage charge to a property's rateable value.
