Talented teenage sporting stars are being given the opportunity to further develop their skills.
The Isle of Man Sport Aid Academy will be launched next week - it's aimed at athletes aged between 13 and 16-years-old.
The academy will assist those who haven't yet met the criteria for the Sport Aid programme and help to identify and nurture potential at an early stage.
Coordinator Chris Quine says we have to keep investing in our upcoming talent.
Four education and training sessions are planned over the first year - Chris explains that it will equip them with skills and knowledge for the future:
