Police are investigating an assault by an unknown adult on a child.
A 12-year old boy was set upon by a woman in the Cronk Y Berry School playground yesterday at around 6:30pm
The woman pushed him against the school fence and used both hands around his neck to hold him - she then threatened him and pulled his hair.
She is described as having blond hair, aged between 30 and 40 and was wearing a grey tracksuit.
As a result of the incident, the boy had reddening to his face and neck.
Officers say it's unacceptable and may have serious consequences.
