The Isle of Man's education system has been praised for offering students a wide range of subject choice at A-Level.
This week they secured an overall pass rate of 98.2 per cent - equal to the highest ever pass rate set in 2010.
Across the five secondary schools young people were able to choose from more than 40 separate subjects.
Maths results were particularly strong with a 40 per cent pass rate at grades A and A* - other subjects with large entries included history, English literature and biology.
