External reviews of Noble's Hospital will continue for longer than originally anticipated.
The timetable for the West Midlands Quality Review Service will now last until March 2017 and each review will take several days, rather than one or two.
The move follows a pause in the programme to evaluate the last 12 months - as addressing the findings was placing pressure on management and frontline staff
Staff will now be able to carry out usual day-to-day duties whilst focusing time and resources on reform.
