Island will continue to 'lend hand' to smaller nations

Lending a helping hand to some of the world's smallest nations is benefiting the Island politically but not financially.
That's the message ahead of the seventh Small Countries Financial Management Programme which will see participants visit from the Caribbean, Africa and the Indian Ocean.
They are helped to build expertise in government financial administration.
The International Development Committee funds the initiative - Chief Minister Allan Bell says the Island is rewarded for providing the help:
