Heath figures are high on the priority list of government - but can't dominate the Budget.
That's the message from the Chief Minister following news that around 36 substantial business cases will be submitted to Treasury for review.
Minister for Health and Social Care Howard Quayle says it follows recommendations made by the West Midlands Quality Review Service.
The budget has already been topped up by an additional £6.8 million for the works this year.
