The Island's wealthiest people should pay for more services provided by their local commissioners and the Manx Utilities Authority.
That's according to Douglas West MHK Chris Thomas who says there could be parts of the Island where people pay low rates but sit in a higher income bracket.
He asked the Treasury Minister if they have information on who lives where this week, and says he was disappointed to find out that the department won't publish it.
Mr Thomas says England, Scotland and Wales provide it, so he can't understand why the Isle of Man won't:
