Call for TUPE regulations to be introduced on Island

Staff should be protected if government services transfer to the private sector.

That's according to the Manx Labour Party which is calling for TUPE regulations to be introduced on the Isle of Man.

They were brought in in the UK in 2006 to offer some protection to a workforce when its employer changes hands.
